We are a corporate group of Marine cargo inspectors/Surveyors with years of cognate experience in Marine Cargo Survey/Superintending and inspection services. Incorporated in Nigeria, we are a member of Guild of Marine Surveyors of Nigeria.

Pre-Loss Risk Survey
We undertake pre loss risk Survey in all areas including Fire, Burglary, Industrial All Risks and Contractors/Erection All Risks Insurances.
Our pre-loss surveys help clients make informed decisions and mitigate risks. We can establish the potential risk of fire, burglary, and other losses and assess the pre-existing condition of insured or third-party property, before or after the commencement of a construction project.
Our EML/PML calculations are professional and based on facts so are our risk improvement recommendations.
Who We Are
Bayo Samagbeyi
Mr. Adebayo Samagbeyi holds a National Diploma in Insurance from the Lagos State College of Science and Technology, Isolo-Lagos. He proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos where he graduated in 1986 with a Second-Class Upper degree in Insurance. He has over Thirty-two years’ experience in insurance practice most of which were spent in reputable international firms.
His career in insurance started in 1982 when worked with Landway Insurance Brokers, Ebute-Metta. He also had useful working experience with the international brokerage firm of Hogg Robinson Nigeria where he was involved in such special areas as Oil, Gas, Marine and General Insurance. For over five years, he was with the firm of Time Insurance Brokers, Ilupeju-Lagos, where he was Technical Coordinator. He joined the firm of ECO PILLAR INSURANCE BROKERS as Managing Director in 1993 from where he left in 2004 to pioneer the work at Property and Pecuniary Insurance Brokers until April, 2018 when he left. He was also the Managing Director of P and P Technical Services, a firm involved in risk management, and Marine Superintending, from 2006 to 20018.
A renowned Insurance manager, teacher and technocrat, Mr. Samagbeyi is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London. He is an Associate Member of both the Risk Managers Society of Nigeria (RIMSON) and Guild of Marine Surveyors (GMS).
